Initial Card State

  1.  Petals of Insight in hand.
  2.  Ovika and Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Cast Petals of Insight by paying ({4} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Ovika triggers, creating five 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin tokens that gain haste until end of turn.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar five times by sacrificing five Phyrexian Goblins, adding ({4} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. Resolve Petals of Insight, putting the top three cards of your library on the bottom of your library and returning Petals of Insight to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have infinite storm count and have the card of your choice on top of your library, you may draw three cards in step 4 instead, ending the loop.
