Steps

  1. Activate The Tenth Doctor by paying seven generic mana, removing all time counters from Inspiring Refrain.
  2. Inspiring Refrain triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
  3. Ovika triggers, creating a number of creature tokens.
  4. When the creature tokens enter, Mana Echoes triggers, adding one colorless mana for each creature you control that shares a creature type with the token for each trigger.
  5. Resolve Inspiring Refrain.
  6. Repeat.
