Steps

- Play Mystic Sanctuary either from your hand or from your graveyard.
- When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield, it and Tireless Tracker's first ability trigger twice.
- Resolve both Tireless Tracker triggers, creating two Clue artifact tokens.
- Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary triggers, putting Summer Bloom on top of your library from your graveyard.
- Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol) .
- Activate Squandered Resources by sacrificing Mystic Sanctuary, a basic Forest and any other land you control, adding ({1} magic symbol) ({G} magic symbol) ({U} magic symbol) .
- Play the Forest and another land from your graveyard.
- When the lands enter the battlefield, Tireless Tracker's first ability triggers four times, creating four Clue artifact tokens.
- Activate a Clue by paying ({2} magic symbol) and sacrificing it.
- Tireless Tracker's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
