Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding ({5} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Emiel by paying ({3} magic symbol)  , blinking Pestermite.
  3. Pestermite enters the battlefield, untapping Chromatic Orrery.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead activate Chromatic Orrery's second ability to draw infinite cards.
