Steps

  1. Activate Sliver Overlord's first ability by paying three generic mana, searching your library for the lowest mana value Sliver creature card in your library and putting it into your hand.
  2. Cast the Sliver by paying its mana cost.
  3. When the Sliver enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding one colorless mana for each Sliver on the battlefield.
  4. Repeat until you have no Slivers left in your library.

Notes

  1. The amount of mana required to execute this combo fluctuates depending on the lowest mana value of Slivers in your library, as well as how many Slivers are on the battlefield as you execute the combo.
