  2. Activate

    Emiel     by paying ({3} magic symbol)  , blinking
    Deceiver Exarch
    Deceiver Exarch    .
  3. Deceiver Exarch
    Deceiver Exarch     enters the battlefield, untapping
    Chromatic Orrery
    Chromatic Orrery    .
  4. Repeat.
  5. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead activate
    Chromatic Orrery
    Chromatic Orrery    's second ability to draw infinite cards.
