Steps

- Shipwreck Dowser and Deceiver Exarch enter the battlefield, triggering their abilities.
- Resolve the Shipwreck Dowser trigger, returning Displace from your graveyard to your hand.
- Resolve the Deceiver Exarch trigger, untapping Gilded Lotus.
- Repeat.
- Once you have infinite mana, you may instead activate Chromatic Orrery's second ability to draw infinite cards.
