Steps

  1. At the beginning of your combat phase,

    Chromatic Orrery     that is a 4/4 Construct artifact creature token with haste named
    Mishra, Eminent One
    Mishra    's Warform in addition to its other types.
  2. Activate
    Mishra, Eminent One
    Mishra    's Warform's first ability by tapping it, adding ({5} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate
    Voltaic Construct
    Voltaic Construct     by paying ({2} magic symbol)  , untapping
    Mishra, Eminent One
    Mishra    's Warform.
  4. Repeat from step 2.
  5. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead activate
    Mishra, Eminent One
    Mishra    's Warform's second ability to draw infinite cards.
