Steps

- Activate The Blackstaff of Waterdeep by paying ({2} magic symbol) and tapping it, causingChromatic Orrery to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
- Activate Voltaic Construct by paying ({2} magic symbol) , untappingChromatic Orrery.
- Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding ({5} magic symbol) .
- Repeat from step 3.
- Once you have infinite mana, you may instead use Chromatic Orrery's second ability to draw infinite cards.
