Initial Card State

  1.  Bloodsoaked Champion in your graveyard.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Bloodsoaked Champion by paying one generic manaone black mana, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  2. Activate Bloodthrone Vampire by sacrificing Bloodsoaked Champion.
  3. When Bloodsoaked Champion is sacrificed, Szarel triggers, putting a number of +1/+1 counters equal to Szarel's power on Crystalline Crawler.
  4. Resolve the Bloodthrone Vampire ability.
  5. Activate Crystalline Crawler twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding one generic manaone black mana.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. This combo can put infinite +1/+1 counters on each creature you control except Szarel so long as its power is greater than the mana needed to activate the creature's ability from your graveyard.

  2. Infinite colored mana.
  3. Infinite creature ETB.
  4. Infinite creature LTB.
  5. Infinite creature sacrifice triggers.
  6. Infinite death triggers.
