Steps

  1. Activate Pili-Pala by tapping it, creating a 1/1 Elf Warrior creature token.
  2. When the Elf Warrior enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding one colorless mana for each Elf and Warrior you control.
  3. Activate Pili-Pala by paying two generic mana and untapping it, adding one mana of any color.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite creature ETB.
  2. Infinite colored mana.
  3. Infinite colorless mana.
  4. Infinite creature tokens.
