Initial Card State

  1.  Cinderhaze Wretch in exile (exiled by Agatha's Soul Cauldron).
  2.  Kilo and Agatha's Soul Cauldron on the battlefield (Kilo with a +1/+1 counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Kilo using Cinderhaze Wretch's first ability by tapping it.
  2. Kilo triggers, causing you to proliferate and put a +1/+1 counter on Kilo.
  3. Resolve the Kilo ability from step 1.
  4. Activate Kilo using Cinderhaze Wretch's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If you have other creature(s) with tap abilities exiled by Agatha's Soul Cauldron, or have other ways to tap Kilo, you can use those instead in step 1. This combo will infinitely proliferate on all permanents you control except Kilo.
