Initial Card State

Notable Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Activate Grinding Station by tapping it and sacrificing Rattleblaze Scarecrow.
  2. When Rattleblaze Scarecrow dies, its persist ability triggers if it didn't have a -1/-1 counter, and Luminous Broodmoth triggers if Rattleblaze Scarecrow didn't have flying.
  3. Resolve the persist trigger, if applicable, returning Rattleblaze Scarecrow from your graveyard to the battlefield with either a -1/-1 counter on it.
  4. If Rattleblaze Scarecrow enters the battlefield in step 3, Grinding Station triggers, untapping Grinding Station.
  5. Resolve the Luminous Broodmoth trigger, if applicable, returning Rattleblaze Scarecrow from your graveyard to the battlefield with a flying counter on it if Rattleblaze Scarecrow is still in your graveyard.
  6. If Rattleblaze Scarecrow enters the battlefield in step 5, Grinding Station triggers, untapping Grinding Station.
  7. Resolve the Grinding Station ability from step 1.
  8. Repeat.
