Steps

  1. Activate
    Goblin Sharpshooter
    Goblin Sharpshooter     by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to any land an opponent controls.
  2. The land dies as a state-based action due to having zero or less toughness.
  3. Goblin Sharpshooter
    Goblin Sharpshooter     triggers, untapping itself.
  4. Repeat.
  5. You may also repeat this loop whenever a land enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.

Results

  1. Destroy all lands opponents control.
  2. Destroy all lands that enter the battlefield under an opponent's control.
