Steps

  1. Activate
    Goblin Sharpshooter
    Goblin Sharpshooter     by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to any creature an opponent controls.
  2. The creature dies as a state-based action due to having zero or less toughness.
  3. Goblin Sharpshooter
    Goblin Sharpshooter     triggers, untapping itself.
  4. Repeat.
  5. You may also repeat this loop whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.

Results

  1. Destroy all creatures that enter the battlefield under an opponent's control.
  2. Destroy all creatures your opponents control.
