Steps

  1. Cast Psychic Pickpocket by paying ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Radagast and Animar triggers.
  3. Resolve the Radagast trigger, creating a 3/3 Beast creature token.
  4. Resolve the Animar trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. When Psychic Pickpocket enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing it to connive and return itself from the battlefield to your hand.
  6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Beast token, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  7. Repeat.
