Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Pentavus with two +1/+1 counters on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Timeless Lotus by tapping it, adding ({W} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Pentavus's first ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Pentavite creature token.
  3. Activate Pentavus's second ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and sacrificing the Pentavite.
  4. When the Pentavite dies, Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping Timeless Lotus.
  5. Resolve the Pentavus ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Once you have enough mana, you can untap other artifacts using Dross Scorpion.
