Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Pentavus with two +1/+1 counters on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Chromatic Orrery by tapping it, adding one colorless manaone colorless manaone colorless manaone colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. Activate Pentavus's first ability by paying one generic mana and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Pentavite creature token.
  3. Activate Pentavus's second ability by paying one generic mana and sacrificing the Pentavite.
  4. When the Pentavite dies, Dross Scorpion triggers, untapping Chromatic Orrery.
  5. Resolve the Pentavus ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Once you have enough mana, you can untap other artifacts using Dross Scorpion or draw cards using Chromatic Orrery if you control a colored permanent.
