  2. Uthros has twelve or more charge counters on it.

Mana Needed

  1. one blue mana available.

Steps

  1. Activate Uthros by paying one blue mana tapping it, adding at least six one blue mana.
  2. Activate a land that enters untapped by tapping it, adding at least one green mana.
  3. Activate Oboro Breezecaller by paying two generic mana and returning the land that taps for one green mana from the battlefield to your hand, untapping Uthros.
  4. Activate Gretchen by paying two generic manaone green manaone blue mana, causing you to draw a card and put the land from step 3 onto the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite card draw.
  2. Infinite draw triggers.
  3. Near-infinite landfall triggers.
