Steps

  2. Activate Talon Gates of Madara's first ability by tapping it, adding one colorless mana.
  3. Activate Oboro Breezecaller by paying two generic mana and returning Talon Gates of Madara from the battlefield to your hand, untapping Vault of Catlacan.
  4. Activate Talon Gates of Madara's third ability by paying four generic mana, putting it from your hand onto the battlefield.
  5. When Talon Gates of Madara enters the battlefield, it triggers, phasing out up to one target creature.
  6. Repeat.
