  4. Activate the creature by paying at most fourteen generic mana and exiling The Dominion Bracelet, causing you to control an opponent during their next turn.
  5. Activate Karn's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters on it, putting The Dominion Bracelet from exile into your hand.
  6. Repeat during each of your turns.
