Steps

  1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying ({1} magic symbol)  .
  2. The Vision and Scarlet Witch triggers, Displacer Kitten triggers, and The Fourth Doctor triggers if you had cast Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
  3. Resolve the Vision and Scarlet Witch trigger, adding ({R} magic symbol)   and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  4. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The Fourth Doctor.
  5. Resolve the Fourth Doctor trigger, if applicable, creating a Food token.
  6. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top onto the top of your library.
  7. Repeat.
