Steps

  1. Activate up to five lands you control by tapping them, adding at least two generic manaone white manaone white mana.
  2. Cast Shackles by paying its mana cost, targeting Displacer Kitten.
  3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Peregrine Drake.
  4. When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to five lands.
  5. Resolve the Shackles spell.
  6. Activate Shackles by paying two generic manaone white manaone white mana, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
