Steps

  1. Declare Cheering Fanatic as an attacker. When it triggers, choose to name the chosen artifact.
  2. Cast the artifact from your graveyard using Muldrotha's ability by paying zero mana due to Cheering Fanatic.
  3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Muldrotha, allowing you to use its ability again this turn.
  4. Resolve the artifact spell. When the artifact enters, Grinding Station triggers, untapping Grinding Station.
  5. Activate Grinding Station by tapping it and sacrificing the artifact, causing a player to mill three cards.
  6. Repeat from step 2.
