Steps

  2. Cast Shackles by paying its mana cost, targeting Displacer Kitten.
  3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Great Whale.
  4. When Great Whale enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
  5. Resolve the Shackles spell.
  6. Activate Shackles by paying ({W} magic symbol)  , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
