Steps

  4. Resolve the Shimmering Wings spell.
  5. Activate the two Everywhere tokens by tapping them, adding ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Activate Shimmering Wings by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
