  1. Activate Will's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to draw two cards and reduce the costs of instants, sorceries and planeswalker spells you cast this turn.
  2. Cast a copy of Soul Tether by paying one red or green mana.
  3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Konstrari Improviser. It'll enter prepared due to its effect.
  4. Resolve Soul Tether, creating a Heartwood token.
  5. Activate the Heartwood by tapping it, adding one red or green mana.
  6. Repeat from step 2.
