Steps

  1. Activate Will's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to draw two cards and reduce the costs of instants, sorceries and planeswalker spells you cast this turn.
  2. Cast a copy of Soul Tether by paying ({RG} magic symbol)  .
  3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Heartwood Crafter. It'll enter prepared due to its effect.
  4. Resolve Soul Tether, creating a Heartwood token.
  5. Activate the Heartwood by tapping it, adding ({RG} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat from step 2.
