Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You have an instant card exiled with Isochron Scepter that does not remove a permanent and/or counter a spell, and that has legal targets, if needed.
  2. Kiora has at least three loyalty counters on it.

Steps

  1. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability twice by removing two loyalty counters from it, untapping Chromatic Orrery and Isochron Scepter.
  2. Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding ({5} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
  4. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora.
  5. Resolve the copy of the instant card.
  6. Repeat.
  7. Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora, or use Chromatic Orrery's second ability to draw infinite cards.

  1. Infinite card draw.
  2. Infinite colored mana.
  3. Infinite colorless mana.
  4. Infinite copies of all cards exiled by Isochron Scepter.
  5. Infinite draw triggers.
  6. Infinite magecraft triggers.
  7. Infinite mana permanents you control can produce.
  8. Infinite storm count.
  9. Infinite untap of permanents you control.
