  4. The Vision and Scarlet Witch and Displacer Kitten trigger.
  5. Resolve the Vision and Scarlet Witch trigger, adding ({R} magic symbol)   and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  6. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking Narset.
  7. Repeat.
