Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Narset with three or more loyalty counters on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
  2. Activate Narset by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to look at the top four cards of your library, then reveal Sensei's Divining Top and put it into your hand.
  3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying ({0} magic symbol)  .
  4. Displacer Kitten and Longshot trigger.
  5. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking Narset.
  6. Resolve the Longshot trigger, dealing 2 damage to each opponent.
  7. Repeat.
