Steps

  1. Cast Heartless Act by paying one generic manaone black mana, removing up to three oil counters from Archfiend of the Dross.
  2. Activate Zedruu the Greathearted by paying one blue manaone red manaone white mana, giving control of Archfiend of the Dross to an opponent.
  3. At the beginning of the opponent's next upkeep, Archfiend of the Dross triggers, causing the opponent to remove an oil counter from it and lose the game.

Results

  1. Target opponent loses the game at the beginning of their next upkeep.
