Steps

  1. Cast Ascend from Avernus by paying (3 magic symbol)   (W magic symbol)   (W magic symbol)   (W magic symbol)  
  2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying (1 magic symbol)   (R magic symbol)   (R magic symbol)  
  3. Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, creating a copy of Ascend from Avernus
  4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage, causing target player to mill cards equal to Dualcaster Mage's power
  5. Resolve the copy of Ascend from Avernus, returning all creature and planeswalker cards with mana value three or less from your graveyard to the battlefield
  6. Repeat from step 3
