Steps

  3. Resolve the Pia and Kiran trigger, creating two 1/1 Thopter creature tokens.
  4. Resolve the

    Deadeye Navigator     trigger, repairing it and Pia and Kiran.
  5. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
