Steps

  1. Activate

  3. When the Wolves die, they trigger, putting two loyalty counters on each
    Garruk, Cursed Huntsman
    Garruk     planeswalker you control.
  4. Activate
    The Chain Veil
    The Chain Veil     by paying ({4} magic symbol)   and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
  5. Activate
    Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner
    Kiora     by removing zero loyalty counters from it, untapping

  6. Repeat.
