Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. You control at least two other planeswalkers.
  3. Teferi, Master of Time
    Teferi     has an amount of loyalty counters on it equal to eleven minus twice the number of other planeswalkers you control.
  4. ({4} magic symbol)   each turn available.

Steps

  1. Activate
    The Chain Veil
    The Chain Veil     by paying ({4} magic symbol)   and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' abilities this turn.
  2. Activate
    Teferi, Master of Time
    Teferi     by putting zero loyalty counters on it, putting a loyalty counter on itself.
  3. Repeat step 2 twice for each other planeswalker you control.
  4. Activate
    Teferi, Master of Time
    Teferi    's third loyalty ability by removing ten loyalty counters from it, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
  5. Move to your first extra turn.
  6. Repeat steps 1 through 3.
  7. Move to your second extra turn.
  8. Repeat from step 1.

Results

  1. Infinite turns.
