Steps

  2. Activate

    Teferi     by putting zero loyalty counters on it, putting a loyalty counter on itself.
  3. Repeat step 2 twice for each other planeswalker you control.
  4. Activate
    Teferi, Master of Time
    Teferi    's third loyalty ability by removing ten loyalty counters from it, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
