Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. Tasha, the Witch Queen
    Tasha     has at least three loyalty counters on it.
  3. An opponent has an instant and/or sorcery in their graveyard.
  4. ({4} magic symbol)   available.

Steps

  1. Activate
    The Chain Veil
    The Chain Veil     by paying ({4} magic symbol)   and tapping it, allowing an additional activation of each of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
  2. Activate
    Tasha, the Witch Queen
    Tasha    's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing you to draw a card and exile an instant and/or sorcery card from an opponent's graveyard with a page counter on it.
  3. Activate
    Tasha, the Witch Queen
    Tasha    's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, casting an instant or sorcery spell with a page counter on it from exile.
  4. Displacer Kitten
    Displacer Kitten     and
    Tasha, the Witch Queen
    Tasha     trigger.
  5. Resolve the
    Tasha, the Witch Queen
    Tasha     trigger, creating a 3/3 Demon creature token.
  6. Resolve the
    Displacer Kitten
    Displacer Kitten     trigger, blinking
    Tasha, the Witch Queen
    Tasha    .
  7. Resolve the instant or sorcery spell.
  8. Repeat from step 2.
  9. Note that you must abide by targeting restrictions when casting the instant or sorcery spell, and so not all instants and/or sorceries in your opponent' graveyards may work for this combo.
