- Activate Kiora's loyalty ability twice by removing two loyalty counters from it, untappingSol Ring andIsochron Scepter.
- Activate Sol Ring by tapping it, adding ({C} magic symbol) ({C} magic symbol) .
- Activate Isochron Scepter by paying ({2} magic symbol) and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
- Displacer Kitten triggers, blinkingKiora.
- Resolve the copy of the instant card.
- Repeat from step 3.
