- Activate The Chain Veil by paying ({4} magic symbol) and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
- Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untappingIsochron Scepter.
- Activate Isochron Scepter by paying ({2} magic symbol) and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
- Displacer Kitten triggers, blinkingKiora.
- Resolve the copy of the instant card.
- Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untappingMana Vault.
- Activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding ({C} magic symbol) ({C} magic symbol) ({C} magic symbol) .
- Repeat from step 5.
- Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora.
