  2. Kiora has at least three loyalty counters on it.

Steps

  1. Activate Thran Dynamo by tapping it, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Thran Dynamo.
  3. Activate Thran Dynamo by tapping it, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate The Chain Veil by paying ({4} magic symbol)   and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
  5. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Isochron Scepter.
  6. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
  7. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora.
  8. Resolve the copy of the instant card.
  9. Activate Kiora's loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping Thran Dynamo.
  10. Activate Thran Dynamo by tapping it, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  11. Repeat from step 5.
  12. Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora.
