- You have an instant card exiled with Isochron Scepter that does not remove a permanent and/or counter a spell, and that has legal targets, if needed.
- Kiora has at least three loyalty counters on it.
Steps
- Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding ({5} magic symbol) .
- Activate The Chain Veil by paying ({4} magic symbol) and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
- Activate Kiora's loyalty ability twice by removing two loyalty counters from it, untappingChromatic Orrery andIsochron Scepter.
- Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding ({5} magic symbol) .
- Activate Isochron Scepter by paying ({2} magic symbol) and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
- Displacer Kitten triggers, blinkingKiora.
- Resolve the copy of the instant card.
- Repeat from step 3.
- Once you have infinite mana, you may untap any other permanent using Kiora, or useChromatic Orrery's second ability to draw infinite cards.
