Steps

  1. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying three generic manaone blue mana.
  2. Poppet Stitcher triggers, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
  3. The Zombie enters the battlefield, triggering Mana Echoes, adding at least one colorless manaone colorless manaone colorless manaone colorless mana.
  4. Resolve Clockspinning, allowing you to give or remove a counter from a creature that has a counter on it and returning Clockspinning to your hand.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Zombie, adding one blue mana.
  6. Repeat.
