Steps

  1. Cast Twice Upon a Time by paying its mana cost.
  2. Taigam triggers, copying Twice Upon a Time and exiling the original Twice Upon a Time with four time counters on it.
  3. Resolve the Twice Upon a Time copy, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
  4. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , removing a time counter from Twice Upon a Time and returning Clockspinning to your hand.
  5. Repeat step 4 one additional time.
  6. Move to your next turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, Twice Upon a Time's suspend ability triggers, removing a time counter from it.
  7. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , removing a time counter from Twice Upon a Time and returning Clockspinning to your hand.
  8. Twice Upon a Time's suspend ability triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
  9. Repeat from step 2.

Notes
