Initial Card State

  1.  Clockspinning in hand.
  2.  Nardole and Chakram Retriever on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Nardole has at least four counters on it.
  2. Nardole does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

  1. Activate Nardole by tapping it, adding at least ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)   that can only be spent to cast noncreature spells.
  2. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping Nardole.
  4. Resolve Clockspinning, putting a counter on Nardole, or putting/removing a counter from any other permanent you control, and then returning Clockspinning to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have infinite ({U} magic symbol)   that can only be spent to cast noncreature spells, you may target any other creature using Chakram Retriever's trigger.

Results

  1. Infinite magecraft triggers.
  2. Infinite mana creatures you control can produce.
  3. Infinite proliferate.
