Steps

  1. Activate the creature with Leyline Immersion attached by tapping it, adding ({4} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)   that can only be spent to cast spells.
  2. Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , targeting Chakram Retriever.
  3. Chakram Retriever triggers, causing you to untap the creature with Leyline Immersion attached.
  4. Resolve Clockspinning, returning it to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
