Steps

  1. Activate

    Arbor Elf     by tapping it, untapping the enchanted forest.
  2. Activate the ability granted to the Forest by
    Weirding Wood
    Weirding Wood    , adding ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate
    Pemmin's Aura
    Pemmin's Aura     by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , untapping
    Arbor Elf
    Arbor Elf    .
  4. Repeat.
  5. Once you have infinite blue mana, you may tap the Forest for other colors instead of blue, adding infinite colored mana.
