  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Sling-Gang Lieutenant, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. When Sling-Gang Lieutenant dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay four generic mana to return Sling-Gang Lieutenant from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When Sling-Gang Lieutenant enters, it triggers, creating two creature tokens.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a creature token, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. The extra Goblin can be sacrificed to Sling-Gang Lieutenant for infinite lifegain and lifeloss.
