Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Woodfall Primus without a -1/-1 counter on it ).

Steps

  1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Woodfall Primus.
  2. When Woodfall Primus dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. Thran Vigil and Woodfall Primus trigger.
  4. Resolve the Thran Vigil trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Woodfall Primus.
  5. Resolve the Woodfall Primus trigger, destroying target noncreature permanent.
  6. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
  7. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If you want the combo to truly be infinite, target the same permanent each loop with Woodfall Primus's ability, then repeat the loop without resolving the trigger. Afterwards, resolve all triggers, destroying only one permanent. This loop can also be used as a lock and executed whenever an opponent controls a noncreature permanent.

Results

  1. Destroy any number of noncreature permanents.
  2. Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature.
  3. Infinite ETB.
  4. Infinite LTB.
  5. Infinite death triggers.
  6. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
