Steps

  1. Cast Chronozoa by paying three generic manaone blue mana. It will enter without a time counter on it due to Solemnity.
  2. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Chronozoa.
  3. When Chronozoa dies, it triggers, creating two token copies of itself that also enter with no time counters on them due to Solemnity.
  4. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
  5. Repeat from step 2 using a token copy of Chronozoa instead.
